Is it really free to start?
Your first two leads cost nothing. After that you choose how to pay: per qualified lead at a rate agreed in writing, or the Full System at $1,497 a month.
What counts as a lead?
A decision-maker at a commercial property who asks for a quote, a walkthrough or an inspection. A reply that just says "maybe" is not a lead.
Who do you contact?
Only commercial accounts inside the service area you set, matching the account types you pick. Never homeowners, and never anyone on your do-not-contact list.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The form is enough to start. If you would rather talk it through, you can book a time with the founder on the next screen.
