Live mailbox checks through the same verification engine we run every client list through. Your list is processed in memory and never stored — we don't keep it, sell it, or mail it.

Why verify before you send

Mail providers start flagging senders around a 2% bounce rate. An unverified list bought or scraped last year typically bounces 10–30% — enough to burn a sending domain in one campaign. Verifying first removes the dead addresses before they do damage.

How it works

What does this verifier actually check?

Every address gets a live check against its mail server — the same engine and the same rules we use to clean every client list before a campaign: format and domain checks first, then a mailbox-level conversation with the receiving server to confirm the exact inbox exists. Duplicates are verified once, addresses that can't be confirmed are marked honestly instead of guessed.

The verdicts mirror how sending actually behaves: valid mailboxes are safe, invalid ones will bounce, and catch-all domains accept everything so nobody can promise the mailbox is real. The cleaned download keeps the sendable rows — with your original CSV columns intact — and drops what would have bounced.

A verified list is half the battle; the other half is where the list came from. If yours is bought, old, or thin on the buyers you actually want, that's the part we do for a living — lead sourcing digs and verifies every prospect worth reaching in your service area. And before anything sends, run your sending domains and your copy through the other two checks.

FAQ

Email verification questions.

Is 1,000 emails really free — what is the catch?
Really free: 1,000 email verifications per list, no login, no credit card, no trial countdown. The tool runs on the same verification engine we already pay for to clean client lists, so opening it up costs us little — and some of the people who clean a list here end up wanting the list built for them. That is the whole business model.
What happens to my list after I verify it?
It is processed in memory and discarded. Addresses are checked one at a time against their mail servers and come back with a status — we do not store your list, add it to any database, sell it, or email the people on it. The results only exist in your browser until you download them.
What do valid, catch-all, and invalid actually mean?
Valid means the mail server confirmed the exact mailbox exists — safe to send. Invalid means the mailbox was rejected — sending will bounce. Catch-all means the domain accepts mail for any address, so the specific mailbox cannot be confirmed; the address may work or may silently go nowhere. No honest verifier can promise more on catch-alls, whatever the marketing says.
Should I send to catch-all addresses?
In moderation. Catch-alls are common at exactly the buyers commercial services outbound targets — property managers, facility groups, contractors with their own domains. Dropping them all costs real prospects; sending to nothing but catch-alls risks bounces you cannot see coming. Keep them a minority of any send, watch your bounce rate, and cut the domains that hard-bounce.
Why does bounce rate matter so much for cold email?
Because mail providers read bounces as the signature of a spammer with a bought list. Around 2% bounce rate, deliverability starts degrading; sustained higher rates get a sending domain filtered or blocklisted — and then even your good emails go to spam. Verifying before every send is the cheapest deliverability insurance there is.
