What we collect

• Information you submit — names, emails, phone numbers, company details, and campaign details provided through forms (free trial, contact, onboarding, tools, review submission).
• Attribution data — UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, and a random session identifier stored in your browser, attached to form submissions so we know how you found us.
• Technical data — a hashed (not raw) IP address and user-agent string on submissions, used for spam prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare and run campaigns, and deliver services.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To contact you about your request. You can opt out of communications at any time.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your submissions for anything unrelated to your inquiry or engagement.

Service providers

Submissions are processed by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, and automation tooling). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.

Outreach data (for clients)

In delivering campaigns for clients, we process business contact data of prospective B2B buyers. We maintain suppression and opt-out lists, honor removal requests, and use accurate sender identification. To have your business contact information suppressed from client campaigns, email us.

Retention & your rights

We keep submission data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional statutory rights may apply.
