Refund Policy

Monthly engagements

Services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel ahead of any upcoming billing cycle; service continues through the end of the paid period. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. We earn renewals with results.

Work already performed

Because each month's fee funds real work (infrastructure, data sourcing, copywriting, sending, calling, and reply handling), fees for months in which work has been performed are non-refundable, except as described below or as required by law.

Before launch work begins

If you cancel before we have begun setup work on your engagement (no domains purchased, no data sourced, no campaign assets produced), we will refund the initial payment in full.

If we fail to deliver the engagement's scope

If we materially fail to perform the work described in your order (not outcome targets, the work itself) and cannot cure it within a reasonable window after you notify us, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

The free trial launch is free. No payment, no refund question.
